Throwback Thursday: Photographer Sarah Boling took this shot in 2005 in one of the radar operations centers at the University of Oklahoma. At the time, the ROC was shared by the US Navy and the National Weather Service. We conducted this modeling shoot in the hallway and a constant stream of uniformed weather nerds wandered by ostensibly working on weather forecasts.
